My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were generally good, exceptionally clean, and spacious enough to fit my family of five. On the downside, the air conditioning wasn't functional. The service ranged from the worst encounter I've had to being super helpful whenever we needed assistance. I found the location great as it was just off the highway and very quiet, but it seemed a bit disorganized with food and drink spills lying around. The dining options were a bit of a letdown overall, while some aspects of the facilities were good.

The service was friendly and professional, with quick responses to our requests. The location was convenient for the downtown event we attended, allowing us to relax and socialize outside of the room. The dining options were diverse, offering a mix of cold and hot dishes. The facilities were well-kept and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
